Countable and checkable

  • Min. annual cost: a price, from the public pricing page.
  • Trial / free tier: yes or no, by signing up.
  • Total startups: a number, from the vendor's own count.
  • Refresh frequency: a time, by watching a new round appear.

Cannot be scored

  • Ease of use, quality, best support: two people would give two answers.
  • Turn them into something you can check: "replies to a support ticket within 24 hours" is a yes or no.
